Apostolos Amerikos is the Founder and Managing Director of PHBC Corporation Ltd a company built on people development, direct communication, and real, measurable results.

His journey began humbly, in door-to-door sales, where he discovered a defining truth: with the right training, the right guidance, and relentless consistency, you can change your entire life.

With academic studies in Applied Informatics in Economics & Business Administration, experience in financial departments, and a long background as a DJ, Apostolos developed the core principles that later shaped his leadership philosophy: consistency, rhythm, adaptability, and clear communication.

When he entered the field of direct sales, he stood out immediately  not because he knew everything, but because he learned fast, worked hard, and never backed down from a challenge.

This mindset brought him to Cyprus, where he set a clear mission:

to build a team that grows every day and an organization that offers real opportunities — the same opportunities he once received.

Today, PHBC Corporation operates in Cyprus, Greece, and Malta, collaborates with major brands, and grows through a model built entirely on human development, structured communication, and strategic expansion.

Apostolos believes that people are not “born ready”  they are developed.

That’s why he invests daily in education, coaching, leadership, and hands-on experience, shaping the next generation of professionals who can stand with confidence in any environment.
